Before you log in to the site, you can click on "Forgot your password" to receive an e-mail containing a link. With this link you can create a new password.

You can change your e-mail address in your account. Enter your new e-mail address there and save it. Afterwards you will receive a link to your new e-mail address, which you have to use to confirm the change.

In the newsletter you will find the option to unsubscribe at the end of the email. If you receive notifications for your profile, you can deactivate them directly in your account, in the notification center.

You can also send us a request, so that we can help you. Please send us the received message including the header data (subject of the e-mail, sender, recipient) to!

The Membership-Key is a combination of letters and numbers and is required for an online cancellation. It was sent to you in the registration/purchase confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

  • The pop-up blocker/advertiser may cause complications during use. Therefore disable it
  • Another problem could be that the system does not allow cookies to be set​
  • We recommend to empty the cache (virtual memory of your browser)​
  • After the changes the browser should be restarted to activate the changes.

Don't worry, your debit remains completely open for what exactly this debit was made. The debit is made with 
a neutral debit text. For discretion the name of the offer itself is not mentioned.

You have to differentiate if you buy coins or a paid premium membership.

A coin purchase is a single purchase. Since it is not a subscription membership (recurring membership fees), no cancellation is required. There are only fees if you buy coins on the offer yourself.

A paid premium membership is concluded for an indefinite period. If you do not want to use the offer anymore, a cancellation is necessary. You can find more information about this under "How can I cancel my membership?

Bank account debit
Under the corresponding link on your account statement e.g. www.payinf.de/YZ/XXX you can view the mandate. Please note here that you call up the entire link, which is shown in the debit text.

Credit card debit
Just send us a request with the following data:

  • Debit text

We recommend that you do not make a chargeback until the debit has been clarified, otherwise you will incur unnecessary additional costs!

Regarding the outstanding receivables, an e-mail has already been sent to your registered e-mail address. This contains the necessary information, such as bank details and the reason for payment. 

When you see the notice about the open receivables in your profile, you can click the button to display the different payment methods for settlement.

It does not matter whether you use this membership or not, since the service is or has been made available to you. You can compare this with a magazine subscription, here you are also free whether you read the magazine or not.

Membership fees will be charged in the selected billing interval until you cancel.

You can cancel your paid Premium Membership via your profile/membership account directly online on the corresponding form in the members area. You can find the form in your membership settings. For the cancellation you only need your Membership-Key. After successful cancellation you will get a confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

We recommend that you contact the collection agency directly to discuss the matter. Do not ignore this letter under any circumstances.

Cancellation by phone or e-mail is unfortunately not possible. You can cancel your membership via your profile/membership account directly online on the appropriate form in the member area. You can find the form in your membership settings. To cancel your membership you only need your membership key. Alternatively, you can also send a fax or letter to the provider of the site.

Online-Cancellation
You can cancel your paid Premium Membership via your profile/membership account directly online on the corresponding form in the members area. You can find the form in your membership settings. To cancel your membership you only need your Membership-Key. Or send your cancellation by fax or letter to the provider.

Cancellation by fax or letter to the provider​
If you want to cancel your membership by fax or letter, please send us your membership data (if known). You can find the contact details of the provider in the imprint of the site. Please provide the following data for the cancellation:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Offer name
  • Username
  • Membership-Key
  • E-Mail-Address
  • IBAN/credit card data

After successful cancellation you will get a confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (EUDATAP, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
